Disc Golf

Disc golf is played much like traditional golf, but instead of a ball and clubs, players use a flying disc, popularly known as a Frisbee®. A golf disc is thrown from a tee area to a target which is the “hole.” The hole can be one of several different types of targets; the most common is an elevated metal basket. The trees, shrubs, and terrain located in and around the fairways and holes provide challenging obstacles for the disc golfer. The sport is low cost and designed to be enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels. The Chattanooga area boasts several types of courses of varying difficulty. Come out and play!
