Local and visiting runners can easily find their way to a series of parks and pathways on the banks of the Tennessee River, which meanders along the city's northwest border. Just a little farther away: mountain trails galore. In other words, it's easy to find just about any kind of rubber-soled experience you'd want from a flatland cruise to high-up trail trekking...
