June 9 - 13 - Beginner Kayaking Camp
July 14-16 or July 17-19 - Playboating Mini Camp
OutVenture Whitewater Kayaking camps offer classes for beginner or intermediate paddlers. The classes are taught by certified instructors with over 10 years experience. Under watchful and attentive eyes, your child will learn river safety skills, rolling and river running skills and basic strokes. This will allow your child 5 full days of whitewater kayaking experience. They will also have the opportunity to take part in a 1/2 day of caving and mountain biking.
Beginner Camps take place Monday - Friday and include:
-2 nights of camping
-Most food during the 5-day camp
-All kayaking equipment and camping gear, except a sleeping bag and personal items
Playboating Mini Camps :
-Ages 10 and up (including adults) with a combat roll
-$150.00 per Rapid Learning Member
-Camp includes: Overnight Camping Fees, Gear, Selected Meals, Instruction and Transportation
All trips and camps must have a minimum of 6 to take place and no more then 12.
Rapid Learning has many pool sessions thought out the year please give us a call to learn the dates and times.
River trips are open to children ages 12-17
Pool sessions are open to children ages 8-17
If your child does not have the opportunity to take a class for a full week, day trips will be available.
We also offer adult lesson, please call OutVenture for times and dates of the adult classes.
