One bat can eat up to 1,200 mosquitoes per hour.

Having these little mammals around your yard can control insects and provide hours of evening wildlife viewing.

Former TWRA wildlife officer and bat expert Mike Bailey will offer plans and construction tips for building bat boxes. Learn where best to put the boxes, what kind of bats you might attract, and how to keep them around.
