Chattanooga City Parks
The City of Chattanooga has a variety of different type of public spaces, parks, and greenways.
These parks and greenspaces can be found scattered throughout the city.
There are over 67 different parks citywide. Some parks offer playgrounds, pools, athletic fields, and/or skateparks. Others parks offer access to open spaces, green fields, dog friendly areas and waterways. Open spaces such as these encourage outdoor recreation such as walking, hiking, running, swimming, canoeing, and mountain biking.
Right now all city parks are opened to leashed pets with the exception of The Tennessee Aquarium Plaza, Coolidge Park, and The Tennessee River Park from the Bluff View Art District to Chickamauga Dam.
Many of our public spaces now have free wifi, with more coming soon.
